We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Webflow's platform, along with proficient skills in JavaScript, jQuery, and Vanilla JS. This role involves creating high-quality, responsive websites and implementing custom functionalities to enhance the DSTNC platform’s user experience and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow.
• Implement custom JavaScript, jQuery, and Vanilla JS solutions to enhance website functionality.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure web designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Webflow, JavaScript, and integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Webflow Developer.
• Advanced experience in web development technologies, including HTML CSS and JavaScript
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including frameworks like jQuery and skills in Vanilla JS.
• Ability to create responsive web designs and implement them accurately in Webflow.
• Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring websites adhere to them.
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility and testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in JavaScript frameworks beyond jQuery, such as React or Angular.
• Strong understanding of backend development principles and experience with server-side languages like Node.js, Python, or PHP.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL and the ability to integrate these into Webflow projects.
• Proficiency in using APIs for web integrations and developing custom solutions to enhance website functionality.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git, and understanding of the importance of code documentation and clean coding practices.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and the ability to create and manage dynamic content within Webflow.
• Experience with website performance optimization techniques and tools.
• An understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams to ensure technical feasibility and user-friendly website designs.
• Prior experience with e-commerce integrations such as Shopify.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and SEO optimization techniques, with the ability to implement tracking and optimization strategies.
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of complex projects successfully completed using Webflow and other web development technologies.
